Tru by Hilton Cincinnati Airport South Florence

Great location near an abundance of shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was amazing.

My first time at a Tru. I understand it is no frills, but these are a bit too spartan for my taste. The staff was great and very helpful. Located close to lots of shopping and eateries in Florence.

Rooms: Rooms are on the smaller size. They lack drawers but have shelves to store your belongings. I wouldn't recommend staying on the first floor. You hear everything, kids running around upstairs, water in the pipes from the showers, and the rain. Ugh! Walkability: There are a few restaurants nearby and a Walmart was close by too. Food & drinks: It's nice to have a free breakfast buffet, which was tasty. Everything was kept in stock and cleaned by the staff. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24 hours was a great amenity.

I dont know why this is rated a 2 star hotel because everything was better than most 4 star hotels Ive been to. The place was so clean you can smell it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and just soooo nice! Very kid friendly with a good sized pool and so many games for the kids. We love our experience and we will be back!

Rooms: The rooms are modern, very clean and very nice. I loved the walk-in shower. Nearby activities: Great location to get to many activities in the area less than I have hour from the creation museum, the arc encounter, the Newport aquarium, etc. Also lots of local shopping and restaurants in the area.
