        I placed a to go order and waited 45 minutes in the restaurant and the staff still had not began making my order. 3 staff were working the line and completely ignoring the to go orders that were rolling in. We were offered no apology or explanation. Completely disorganized. Multiple people were waiting for their to go orders, some were already there prior to me arriving and still waiting. Ultimately I had to leave so I wasnt late for work, with NO food or refund. Dont waste your time or money here.

        I was so excited to try it for the first time. Had to wait 50mins for my mobile order. Definitely no compartments for mobile and walk in orders. Pure chaos and very understaffed

        Update, came in after church. Brittany was friendly efficient and made a great bowl. She directed her team well. My wife and I came in for a late lunch and Logan was working the food prep line. He was friendly, helpful and our food was hot and fresh. He even took time to ask how our day was going while ringing us up. Hire more people like Logan and let him train them. We will choose Qdoba over Chipotle because of employees like Logan and the fresh food served to us.

        By far my best Qdoba experience! I go to qdobas all across southern Indiana, central and eastern Kentucky, and south western Ohio for work and this one is my favorite! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door the employees were so friendly. I was having a bad day from work and just wanted to get a late lunch and they definitely made my day better. Its my birthday and the cashier was so sweet and was very personable. The food was great, she was awesome, the store was clean. I couldnt recommend this store enough! Great job guys keep up the great work!
