        My car was towed to the Frankfort Ford service center at night when they were closed. By 9:40 the next morning they called with the problem and solution. I missed the first call, and they called again about an hour and a half later. My car was saying it had a shift system failure. It was stuck in neutral and kept locking the emergency brake. They found that I was missing a part for my gear shift cable. After the call at 11:15 when I gave them permission to go ahead and fix it, they had it fixed and ready to go by 12:40. They were quick, polite, and efficient and it wasn't expensive at all. I highly recommend Frankfort Ford.
