Dr. Betzing is the most amazing Dentist I have ever had the Pleasure of meeting and being a patient of! She changed my life and gave me such a pretty smile when I never thought I would be ever to smile without putting my hand over my mouth from being self conscious! She is so easy to talk to and get along with and her staff is absolutely wonderful, Morgan and Maranda treated me like family and the ladies up front are great as well!! I would recommend Dr. Betzing to any and everyone! I am a fan now and always!!

Enough to make a grown man cry. Im truly at a loss for words. AMAZING!!! *TLDR* One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a dentist. Would recommend. I went in for a tooth thats bothered me for years but recently had become so painful that I couldnt even think straight. I fully expected them to shrug me off, give me some meds to take and tell me I need new teeth. I was wrong. They addressed my issue, gave me my options, told me what their recommendations were and why, and then they followed through. The looked at my tooth, x-rays were taken, and the told me I can get it pulled or I can get a root canal. The thought of a root canal terrified me. But getting the tooth pulled isnt a very good option either. After a brief chat with the dentist, it was decided that I needed root canal. They were kind enough to go ahead and fit me in their schedule to get the root canal same day. It was painless. I have had fillings that hurt worse. It was amazing. I guess my tooth was so bad that it was affecting my eyesight because my left eye no longer gets blurry while reading my phone at night. It's a little embarrassing but i cried tears of joy. These people changed my life and i am beyond gracious. I dont remember the name of anyone who worked on me, but if you are reading this, Thank you. i gotta go back to get my crown in a few weeks, and i hope i remember to thank you all face to face. Thank you, you made a grown man cry and i couldn't be happier.

If i could give 100 stars for the office staff and what i believe was the hygienist i absolutely would. They are beyond sweet and amazing. If i could give negative stars for chassity betzing i absolutely would. I didnt finish my appointment because i was so uncomfortable because i asked for advice and was talked to so poorly i was talking to the office staff on the way out, the hygienist took me up there for a refund and to possibly reschedule and chassity proceeded to approach me far too closely again and told me i was speaking over her and to cut the crocodile tears because i was tearing up Im honestly in shock. Never have i ever had any experiences like this before. Im extra sad now that my previous dentist is no longer in practice.

Please, for the love of whatever holy being you believe in, do not visit Chassity Betzing. I came to an appointment for a procedure with my sister, and we had the most traumatic experience. Seriously in disbelief that a professional could act that way. She calls herself a doctor, but acted like a raging toddler. When my sister asked her for advice and tried to recount her dental history, she was met with the rage of a WWE wrestler who mixed too many steroids into their morning protein shake. Want to ask a question? Have a conversation? According to the "doctor," you're rude and disrespectful, need to sit there and listen, and not question the all-knowing lunatic. After she ripped her mask off and yelled over her for five minutes, she made my sister so uncomfortable that she had to revoke her consent for treatment. That wasn't enough for her though. As we were trying to leave, Chassity had to continue to harass us at the check out desk - mind you, we wanted to leave. We didn't know she was going to re-approach us. Silly is for thinking she was going to apologize. No, she got in our faces, to the point that I could legitimately sue her for the tort of assault. I would rather eat glass before I let Chassity Betzing near me or my family and friends.
