How can you refill a prescription on Thursday and then close on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday? Beyond ridiculous!!

Typical walgreens, wasn't super busy. Store was tidy, just not a lot of clearance that day.

This will come as no surprise as I read the reviews of this location. The pharmacy notifies me that my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up shortly thereafter. The pharmacist has left over 3 hours early and there is no one there to check me out. Staff tells me that the other side of town's location will be able to fill the prescription as long as it is not a controlled substance. It isn't, so I drive there. Talk to the staff there and they inform me that they can't help since it has been sent to insurance. Come back tomorrow. Never again. Now I am out time, gas, and my kid doesn't have the medicine they need. I will have to take off work in the morning just to get them what they need to get better. Very unprofessional and a horrible business.

Went to the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription just to find out they filled my prescription and somehow dont have my insurance on file when I gave them my insurance card they apparently couldnt put it through which I never had an issue at any other pharmacy, so I asked how and why did they fill the prescription if theres no insurance on file? They had no answer for me and I just had end up having to switch to cvs WITH NO ISSUE on getting my prescription to me with the same insurance card I provided Walgreens , I dont know if these people are new at their jobs or what but this was the most incompetent experience I ever had at a pharmacy, and they werent very helpful at all on how I could get my prescription so I will no longer use this pharmacy due to completely incompetent workers.
