Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I keep giving this Dairy Queen a chance thinking it will get better but it keeps getting worse every time I go. The lady who took my order acted like we were a bother to her but thats the typical Frankfort attitude because its like that most places. They ended up getting our order wrong. again. They also dumped salt on top of the biscuit and gravy. I took 1 bite and puked. Will never be back.

They dont clean their water filter and ice machine. Mold floating in my cup of water that I was charged for (how my slushy less than a cup of water) . BLACK MOLD AT THAT which is dangerous and can kill you. I understand they are there to collect a pay check but please clean the machine cause thats just nasty. Dont be nasty. Sadly My Red slush was already melted when given to me, I see why they dont flip that over. Work ethic is poor. Disappointed.

Went thru drive thru. CC did not listen to order and when I asked her she completely disregarded my question closed the window to return with two cones of ice milk in a cup turned upside down. Never seen ice cream from DQ melted like that. As we pulled off she was handing out treats to her friends out the drive thru window. Customer service is everything, poor representation of your business can ruin you. Do Better!

I work near this restaurant and over the past 7 years I have done my best to quit coming here. I have never ever came to this Dairy Queen and had a great experience, they take forever. I have always and I mean every single visit been asked to pull forward or park in another spot and they take 15 minutes to bring out your food. If youre in a hurry do not come here

Spent a good 10 minutes in drive thru and was the only car there. After ordering our food and going to the window, they weren't able to use my app coupon. Turns out they were only 2 workers and a line of people in the lobby. They tried their best and we appreciate that. The manager gave us a stack of physical coupons back and an apology for the long wait. The blizzard I got was literally the "BEST I've ever had" lol. This has always been our favorite DQ to go to. This was a nice treat to a much needed break from days of nonstop homework I would've submitted a pic but I inhaled it haha!
