US Social Security Administration

I have 18 months of medical records with multiple diagnosis that fall under the standards for disability requirements. I was initially denied. Employee at Ashland office told me that they automatically deny every initial claim. WHAT?! Now I have been waiting on my appeal since December. I sent in many medical records that were never put into my file. I called and reported all changes as instructed. Those calls were never documented. When I finally gathered all my records a second time for them, I was told the DDS should have a decision within a week. Maybe even within a day. Its been two weeks since then and Im told no doctors have even looked at my case. So Im left to starve and lose everything I worked for for so many years while also dealing with debilitating disabilities. Clearly they dont even care if disabled people survive let alone that they have any resources. If I die or end up on the street, it will be due to their negligence and unethical practices.

Explicitly told worker i was going to get license renewed with name change and needed document called a SNAP to renew my license. They DID NOT GIVE ME THE PROPER DOCUMENT AND COULD NOT PROVIDE IT WHEN I RETURNED TO GET IT. Now at DOT to get renewed license in old name to have to pay for a whole new license when my new social security card comes in the mail. Unacceptable.
