        If I could give a lower star rating I would. This company is the worst. They've neglected dumping our trash and after a move they haven't brought us a new can "that we've already paid for" and haven't even been able to use. Then when you try to talk to their boss the employee will sit on the phone being super hateful just to prevent anything being taken care of. This company needs to be held responsible!

        Worst trash service ever, has skipped my house two weeks in a row and every scheduled missed pickup service that I have talked to them about, every time I call its just another person saying they will come tomorrow yet my garbage can has been sitting completely full outside for two weeks untouched. I cant take out my trash or do anything because of how full the bin is, yet they keep skipping our house and customer service is no help at all.

        Worst company I have ever felt with in any industry. You can. Not call them, unless you have 3 hours to waste on hold, and its 50/50 If you can talk to them. Will often just miss pick ups and only recourse they offer is I can pay them extra for a special pick up. I have never been to local government meetings, but this company has inspired me to start using local government to change providers in the area! The worst!
