I was attempting to buy my first home and Logan gave me a great deal on the inspection. I ultimately didnt buy the home for unrelated reasons but The KY Home Inspector helped make the whole process a lot easier. Would recommend.

I would give MINUS 10 for Logan Doris as he was our home inspector back in May 2023! He entered the property but he never checked the crawlspace for us saying that it was locked. It turned out the property has tremendous amount of water and termite damage!!! The main beams are rotted the floors are sagging and the sill plate is crumbling. He gave us an inspection report a 4 year old could have done. We are facing an extra $50,000 repair about everything else because our Kentucky HOme Inspector did such bad and lousy job! Please, run away from Logan Doris as you home inspector! He was supposed to protect us as home buyers that is why we hired him as a "professional"! When he finally answered our call after trying to reach him for 3 weeks he said he was sorry, he could not get into the crawlspace because it was locked. He never tried to reach out to us or the real estate agency to open the crawlspace for him! Run away from this inspector!!!!!!
