        I needed some last minute paperwork unplanned and he came through and I was able to close on the property I purchased.

        He agreed to survey some land after he had a deposit. I gave him a check and two days later he canceled. Not a good way to do business.

        Took three messages to get a call back, made arrangements for him to come the next week. Its been three months and I havent heard from him. Guess he doesnt need new business.
