They will get the job done (at the bare minimum), but all the nonsense about them helping you rebuild your credit after your bankruptcy is a lie. They also will not return your phone call if you need any help. They will completely ghost you. If you're looking for actual customer service and attention, this is not the place. Disappointed.

No one ever responds. Theyll be sure to let you know when its time to make a payment, but no one ever gets back to you when you have any questions about the service youre paying them for.

Bill was wonderful to work with. He kept the entire process clear and to the point. Everything was done in a timely manner and I could not be happier with the service that was given!

UPDATE: I have now been with this company for 2.5 years and am very disappointed. They are of zero help when I call/email, I NEVER get a response. The only times I have actually got to sit down and speak with someone is when I had to sign paperwork for them. As well as they stopped automatically garnishing my paychecks to pay their fees, with ZERO notice to me. 5 months later I get a bill for $500 in back fees and a "motion to dismiss" my bankruptcy case. I have been unable to finance a perfectly affordable vehicle due to their complete negligence. I have asked REPEATEDLY now how much I owe them so I can cut ties with their firm once and for all and completely end my bankruptcy... and guess what? Still no response.
If you like being ignored and left in the dark, then this company is for you. If you like paying twice as much as you owed your debtors in the long run while being strung around, then this company is for you.

They were helpful initially but no one has returned my messages for about 2 weeks now and I keep getting the run-around. In the meantime, I'm paying more the longer that this drags on.
