I spoke with Dallas on the phone today and she was very helpful! She was very knowledgeable, and really put my mind at ease! In fact, anytime I've ever spoken to an agent at KHC, I've always experienced friendly and informative people! I sincerely think Dallas for her empathy and the help that she gave me! It really put a smile on my face!

Update: I decided to run through the directory to get someone else. Shoutout to Deborah in new loans dept for escalating this to them to finally resolve this after a month.
Original post: Its funny how they all of a sudden mess up everybodys escrow account and now they hide by no longer providing live agents in that department. What a joke.
