        Hands down the worst customer service in the medical records department I have ever have to deal with. Dont even waste your time. No one knows correct procedures, information nothing. I had been told for 2 weeks my medical records would be released I signed the correct paperwork etc, 2 weeks later they were never received sat on hold for 55 minutes for a supervisor to be told they cannot fax them only mail them. Even though for the last 1.5 weeks I was told oh they should have the fax tomorrow oh they should be there tomorrow.

        Took my kids here also have been going here my whole Life this place is literally a band-aid clinic the er has no care for what happens to people cant even figure out simple problems I have never had another hospital tell me I should have went to another hospital makes no sense and it was not because they didnt have the resources its because they literally dont know what they are doing.

        I just wanted to express my gratitude and express my comments on my recent stay at the Frankfort Regional Hospital. I was respected, treated professionally and found the service to be not only adequate but friendly. The personnel were receptive to feedback - and even welcomed negative comments and responded to the same with concern, respect and openness. Job well done and I am especially grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff of the ER and the fourth floor. Sincere thanks and appreciation to you!
