Second & last time visiting this nail salon. Was recommended this place by a friend, but have unfortunately had one bad experience too many - both visits included rushed jobs that wound up botched. Didn't realize manicures - regardless of being acrylic or not - now require that you ask for actual manicure services like cuticles being cut/taking care of the hands ALONG WITH the nails. Initially thought I was going to be upcharged when my tech's response to asking that she make sure to cut cuticles was "oh you want a manicure too?". My gel manicure wound up see-thru bc she rushed through the uv light process with each application - cutting each 60 second dry by at least 20 seconds with each color coat - the color nowhere near matching what I had picked out. She made up an excuse about it being a more natural color - I chose a solid grayish/pink color - not a natural pale TRANSPARENT pink. Also very poorly done. Sloppy service. Sneaky sales tactics. Workers more concerned with leaving ahead of the shop's official close time instead of taking care of their paying customers.
