        Pay the utilities bill like clockwork and no "thank you" given. I chose to live in Franklin, and therefore a customer. I try to keep it light, but it's all business at the counter. Why all the security? Region's bank is right there and they don't have locked doors? Bulletproof glass at the counters? Really? This is and vehicle registration encounters are the worst experiences in this city. Just not a fan of it. I'll update the one-star rating when paying experiences improve.

        They still treat you like you are in covid restrictions. They do not have an open door policy. Still speak through a speaker. If you do get in your stuck talking to an employee through glass and a speaker. Not user friendly. I have lived in this town all my life and this is ridiculous.
