        The staff were absolutely amazing. To say that Im terrified of needles is a understatement. But the staff was so absolutely considerate and did their best to comfort me through the IV process. I am very grateful for their understanding.

        Very, personable from the reception to the pre-op and post-op, excellence at every step. I would definitely recommend the surgical teams at the Bowling Green and Franklin locations, as Dr Williams worked with both teams extremely well. All were coordinated and highly effective at providing the skills needed for the Doctor to perform at his best. Thanks, Shawn
