This is my second year with Jackson Hewitt and my experience there was excellent and LaRhonda Bibb was excellent, she was very professional and a pleasure to talk with and treated me so nice and I also loved the clean environment there. Ill definitely be back!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Larhonda who did my taxes for me. I felt so comfortable with her as she explained all the information to me for my taxes. I definitely will be back next year! Thank you Larhonda! Finally, a person who knows how to treat others as she would want to be treated! Way to represent Jackson Hewitt, high five!

Appointment went fine , was charged the most I've ever been charged to file. My state refund has been approved and sent for direct deposit but it's been 2 weeks and the funds have yet to be deposited. Can't call the location because it just says voicemail box full and hangs up. Won't use Jackson Hewitt again.
