The manager is real and also always if she does see a problem she will come up with a solution she gives people so many chances and helps the people that really need it the most she loves the kids she is a great manager and her maintenance does well ! Thanks to Christina for always being there when we neee her !! Thanks to Greg is back n he gets those work orders done they just need the money and or product sometime to fix a housing problem I believe .. they dont lack funds though they are very good with how they take care of the place and the upgrades last few years she really pushed hard for. Plz continue !! Thanks j n kids

I just called to see if they had any apartments available. She said she didn't have anything so I said ok thank you. She rudely said ok fine and hung up. Why are people so hateful.

I've lived here for 8 years. I've seen a lot of people come and go.. However , there are some people here that have been here just as long as I have been and a few a lot longer than me... An upwards of 15 years or so. Our landlord Christine is amazing . She keeps everyone in line and doesn't stand for any funny business. So , in other words... if you're a bad person..lol don't move here..haha. This complex has townhomes , the only ones that are single story are the one bdrm. They are HUD based and go by your income. So , it helps people , who need help. Nice place to live.
