Compass Counseling of Henderson

Did not help me at all! I spoke with someone on Friday. I was told that a therapist will text me once I had all of my paperwork finished. I logged into their portal. I answered some very hard questions about my life. I was opened & honest. I was filled with so many emotions. I could not wait to start my session on Monday. I completed the questions, insurance information, & I signed all necessary documents. I waited for my therapist to text me on Friday like I was told that she would. I did not get a text. Monday, I waited to start my my session anyway since I had already completed the online paperwork. An hour before my appointment I was told that my paperwork was not completed! How is that? On my end everything was completed. I feel so violated that I expressed so many emotions & I let someone into my private thoughts just to not receive the help that I need. Theyre probably laughing at me! Ill never let anyone else in again!

I don't recommend these people to anyone I've never seen such unprofessionalism do not waste your time with them

Love my weekly meetings! Sarah is always so helpful for anything I need help with, even none related to the office.

They have been great with my daughter, who is 16. After a short amount of time being there, they uncovered some pretty severe depression that we started treating immediately and I have noticed such a positive difference in her mood. She is communicating so much more and becoming more confident. My daughter looks forward to her meetings each week and I find comfort in knowing that she has someone she can confide in who can help her deal with her feelings in a healthy way.

Compass Counseling in Henderson saved my life. Sara is amazing at what she does! She made me feel comfortable and understood from day one. I would highly recommend seeing a counselor at Compass Counseling in Henderson. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
