If you use this agency, don't use Kent Preston. I did most of the looking for homes myself with little help from him. In fact, he didn't show me the home I purchased or suggest it to me when we were looking, one of his associates did, and she barely got a part of his commission. She did most of his work because he was too busy going on personal trips to be of any help to me The homes he recommended to me were "in house" listings that all were absolutely covered in mold or had electrical problems that were a "fire hazard" by the inspector. If you want to pay someone just to say you have a realtor, this guy is perfect. Otherwise, do it yourself and save your money!

My boyfriend and I used this company because of a recommendation. I wish we hadn't. We used Mr. Preston who was absent while we looked ourselfs. He would email us or call us and tell us areas that "we should look"... as in, US, THE HOME BUYER. I thought that was the realtors job. We quickly quit using Kent and Bugg Reality and switched to Century 21. WASTE OF MONEY!
