        Emergency dental appointment - waited 45+ minutes past my appointment time of 7am. They took lots of X-rays and digital mapping of my mouth. Hygienist came in with a sales speech for oral care, dentist came in who I wasnt sure was even a dentist, only had plain long white lab coat on, who gave another sales pitch for general oral care. Then they tell me they cannot fix my emergency today and they will have to make me an appointment! VERY DISPLEASED, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. DONT THINK I SAW A DENTIST!

From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment same-day, but it is not always possible.
