Decent place to work for, If you plan on getting a floor installed make sure it's one of the good installers, I recommend Josh Christian, You will 100% be satisfied with his work, i worked with him for years and he is a professional.

never, worst experience ever, unprofessional and rude. did not show up twice for the forever waited appointment to install carpet. They have a system to keep you on the phone waiting for 8 mins even if they are not busy with other call. Rude employee. Installers said the company do not pay them. please do not believe them when they say we will call you back, this will never happen. 2 months of waiting and frustration. Totally not worth it. Pay double the money at somewhere else other than Lowes for your carpet, because life is shorter than dealing with such people

First attempt at an install was cancelled on the day of installation. Second attempt was cancelled on the next installation day. Wound up waiting another week until they could get somebody out to me. They got it done and it looks great but getting anything done with this company was an absolute nightmare.

I would review if they would answer and not have you on hold for over 10 minutes. Horrible phone system/service!

Services were through Lowes. I paid in full to them. They threatened to put a lien on my house because they didn't receive payment from Lowes. It is a shame because our installers were great.
