      Hi Saphronia. We apologize for the experience you had with the company. We have very little control over the billing on an office level, as it is all done electronically through the system. The discount that was removed was the "responsible payer" discount, all other discounts remained. Please reach out to us at 859.273.0400 if you want to discuss further. Thank you.
