In today's hectic real estate market, having an experienced, level-headed professional is key. We used Karen for dual transactions at the end of 2022--both purchasing our new home and selling our then-current home--at the same time. Karen was patient over our 2 year search for a new home. She never hassled us for taking too long, or tried to push us into a home that we weren't comfortable with. She listened to our wants/needs, and let us set the boundaries. She was very in-tune with what we were looking for, which made for an easy process. She also is willing to stand up for her clients in deals, and take care of the headaches. And she always goes the extra mile!

Working with Karen has been such a great experience! We were moving to Lexington from Louisiana which is very stressful when youre states away and looking for a home, but Karen made the process so easy for us! From helping us find the right lender, find the perfect home and handling our walk throughs and inspections with the builder. We really could have not done this without her!
