Anne is the best realtor we ever have worked with. It would not have been possible to find and purchase home without her in this current insane real estate market. She did an excellent job keeping us up to date and helping us getting everything completed in a timely manner. Especially, communication was superb, she would always respond and act promptly. My husband and I were assigned Anne as our agent in Kentucky as we relocated for his job. Anne turned out to be by far the best part of our relocation experience. She is knowledgeable about the market and local area and quick at responding to communication. She is the perfect mix of hands off and helpful with suggestions while viewing houses. As we viewed homes, Anne became familiar with our preferences and suggested a home that hadnt been on our radar. As soon as we walked into that home, we knew Anne had just found our dream home. Then, she was helpful in negotiating as she worked with the sellers agent to build a market analysis on the home and reach a deal. We really cant say enough good things about Anne. Anne has been our realtor for over 20 years. She won our business way back and was great to work with. She is knowledgeable about houses, things that need fixed, and ideas on others. She knows the business end of buying/selling and takes care of all the behind the scenes items that makes everything go smoothly. Over the years, she has helped us sell/buy over 6 homes and we wouldn't go to anyone else.
