Honestly sad to be leaving a poor review for what used to be my favorite place to buy cupcakes. I pulled up to the store around 9:50, the open sign was on but obviously no one was there. The doors were opened at 10:03, and it was obvious the cupcakes were leftovers from Saturday since youre closed sundays. They just dont taste or look the same anymore

The best customer service ever! My friends and I stopped by and browsed the selection of beautiful treats and got 3 different flavors that we shared. The employee was so nice and helped us decide what to get! Will certainly go back!

I have debated on posting this. But after taking time to think it over, Im posting hoping it doesnt happen to someone else. I placed an order for my daughters smash cake (1st birthday) to be made back August 4th. I called first to ask how to place the order cause I saw that it was a little different from when I bought my first daughters smash cake a year prior. They told me to fill out a form and send in. So I did as told. All I wanted was a simple blush pink cake. Today, November 4th, I went to pick up the cake as my daughters party is tomorrow. When I arrived they had not made the cake. They found my inquiry but they dont know what happened. Ive tried to see this at a different angle to give them the benefit of the doubt cause I have always been pleased with them in the past. Yes I ordered 3 ish months in advance, but I didnt want to wait to late and then them get booked and my daughter not get a smash cake from them. (Even though my daughter still didnt get a smash cake). And then I thought maybe I shouldve called 2 weeks ago to follow up on my daughters cake being made. But then again thats not my responsibility. The customer shouldnt have to do follow ups when they have filled out a request form for a cake to be made. So I asked if there was anyway they could have a cake made by tomorrow. They said no, so I asked if they had any cakes already made that I could buy, and they also said no. So I asked if they could recommend anyone that could make a last minute cake as seeing thats where I was at. And that they were able to do. Thankfully Mondellis was able to make me a cake last minute. Caramandas has lost a long time customer.
