The Manager is a very polite and professional person, the entire property is a very beautifully kept neighborhood. It's another wonderful location for families in Laurel County.

I've lived there going on 2 years, the first year was ok, now we're halfway thru the year, the air conditioning has been messed up and not working for nearly 3 months now. They can't tell me when it will be fixed, just that when the people show up to fix it, that's when it will be fixed. This is a miserably hot summer. They supplied us with one window unit for our bedroom and the rest of the apartment is miserably hot day and night. Makes it hard to clean or cook or do laundry. I've asked to be moved to another apartment and they won't. Looks like I may have to move somewhere else.

Laurek place apartments is,a nice friendley invirment to live i use to live there in apartment 25 one bedroom which was very nice the only reason i moved i rented a 3 bedroom trailor
