Have been a patient here for over 20 years, recently my wife had a tooth broken during a cleaning it turned into 4 visits then a crown and then into an emergency from a huge abscess. the office manager was rude, incompetent, loud, aggressive, just a horrible person for that position. she hung up on me and refused to answer or let anybody in the office answer. two days later we received a letter terminating her as a patient the reason listed by the dentist said due to your husband being rude to a staff member they were terminating me. we have contacted the Ky board of dentistry they are helping us to file the proper complaint forms. Such a shame to see a professional be controlled by a weak incompetent mean power hungry office manager.

We went today and I have a bad experience before when it comes to dentist but today is awesome dr.herren is the best doctor he is so awesome and his assistant so cool. Highly recommend the best

Called with employer insurance to find out the price for a simple tooth extraction and they said the only way they could give me a price if I came into the office gave my insurance card to them and they would bill me For a office visit just for a price check it was impossible to do it over the phone. Which is obviously the lady answering the phones today didnt wanna do her job and when I stated how it works in Ky she then remained on the phone silent for two mins before I said hello she said I cant give u a quote over the phone. Which tells me this place gets a one star rating for not trying help a new customer be seen they dont wanna take the time out to punch in the information to let someone know what they will paying if you choose here just know that the lady answering phone will hang up on you or stay silent because she doesnt wanna do her damn job if you dont wanna do your job find a happier life . So with this review I will never advise anyone to waste there time on this dentist office clearly they dont have the time for anyone but them self if u see this place as a too dentistry its because they pay more to be listed as a top dentistry. But reality theres other better nicer people n dentist that can be more professional and less of a snob. Thanks for ur time
