Hello Paul, Our customers and the service we give is very important to us, and we are sorry that you feel that way but here is a complete history of service we have performed for you: 9-1-22 Delivery of furniture 9-9-22 First service call reported to take care of a frame screw - completed on 9-14-226-22-23 Second service call mentioning stains on furniture, and bolts in the sectional needing replaced - completed bolt replacement on 6-30-23, advised of Guardsman warranty that would take care of the stains12-20-22 Third service call reported finish coming off of kitchen table, replaced entire table top7-14-23 Fourth service call reported, color peeling on trunk table, service tech went out 7-20-23 determined new top was needed to fix, we ended up replacing entire table as a courtesy at our expense, item we replaced had heavy use, was very dingy/dirty along with moisture damage, causing the finish to come offThe Guardsman claim did take a little time due to labor shortages (as we all have) but Guardsman still resolved within 2 months, here is a list of those dates:Claim reported 5-17-23Guardsman processed claim 5-25-23Guardsman contacted 4 techs before finding one that would take the jobGuardsman hired tech on 6-21-23Service (cleaning stains) was completed on 7-10-23 The furniture we delivered to you is the absolute highest quality you can get for the money and our prices are always competitive with anyone on those same items, and we strongly feel the items we sell will give anyone years of great service when cared for correctly. The service we have given you in our opinion has been second to none, as we do not have any current incomplete service orders for you. If there is something that needs attention due to manufacturing defects, you must call us so we know how we can help, other wise we have no idea there is a problem! Even if it is damage that is not due to manufacturing, and needs to be repaired on a non warranty charge basis, we are here to help, don't really know any other way we can help other than offering the best service we possibly can
