        We felt like this room was overpriced for the quality of the room. While the beds were clean, the overall condition of the room was very poor. There were exposed wires and the doors and walls were filthy. The curtains had holes in them, and there also was no toilet paper. We would not choose to stay here again.

        Great front desk service; room clean; plenty of towels; good elevator; outdoor pet area (we brought our Welsh Terrier); TV is so tiny we should have brought binoculars for the Womens Final Four.

        Staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional. It was hard to get into the entrance, very congested due to it having the same entrance as Starbucks. Limited parking, but I loved my king suite .

        The room itself was nice and clean bed was comfortable the staff from what I had interacted with was nice. That being said according to the papers I got at check in the check out time is 12pm but at 10 pm i had house keeping knocking on my door trying to get in my room when I didnt answer. What if someone's wants that extra sleep? I'm expected to be checked out by noon so I dont expect to be bothered and pushed out 2 hours in advance.
