Overall I had a good experience, initially. However, they did not file a first-time abatement form on my behalf (according to the IRS), as was promised, and a large fee (many thousands of dollars) was sent over to a collections agency. They have been reading my emails, but not responding, and not answering the phone, so it's now on me to remedy a fee that otherwise should never have been charged.

Poor customer service, barely answers the phone. Wont follow up with you on your file, or make sure everything is ready, when you need it. I guess you need to be a millionaire to get any real help?

I just walked in and stated my situation and asked for help. Advice was given, and even though it didn't benefit them to help me in my case, they pointed me in the right direction.
