I have been living in the Waterford place for 2 years and I am very satisfied with their service. .The environment is beautiful and service is too good Their maintenance service is excellent they are always right there when you call

I recently had my car towed, and I also received an eviction letter due to their glitches. Please exercise caution if considering a move here, as they raised our rent by 10 percent.

My boyfriend and I have lived in a third floor apartment at Waterford Place for 1 year. We have absolutely loved it and have little to no complaints! Weve always felt very safe, and we really appreciate the amenities. The location is also amazing. Its close to everything and right across the street is Brown Park! The office staff have always been nice and welcoming, especially the manager Patrick, who can always bring a smile to anyones face. I especially would like to brag on the maintenance staff. Weve had a couple minor problems which have always been responded to very promptly by Ricky (he is the absolute best!!) We have renewed our lease for another year and are so happy we chose Waterford!
