Century Belmont Station

Century Belmont Station is state of the art. It is truly the nicest complex, with a wonderful staff. David has treated me exceptionally well and even helped me grow in my professional career. While, Ricardo made the move in process as smooth as possible, was prompt in responding to me and treated me very well. He has been kind, consistent and explained every one of my questions to me with attention to detail. Between Ricardo, David and the quality of the property, I am so thankful to be living at Century Belmont. Id give them 10 Stars if I could!

Ricardo was phenomenal! Explained everything to us in detail, patient, and worked with us to find our next apartment. Hands down the best apartment leasing process Ive ever experienced and superb customer service. Apartments are gorgeous and spacious.

Century Belmont Station is amazing! It's such a nice place! They offer so many amenities, which are amazing itself! The staff are super nice and willing to help you in any way they can! Ricardo is amazing, and he handled all of my needs upon move in, made the process super easy and walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, he is super helpful, and he is super nice and will take really good care of you! It is also nice because it is like a dog community here! My pup and I are loving this place! The surrounding community is really nice and there are a bunch of stores and restaurants! Which is super convenient! I'm enjoying my new place and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect place! It really feels like home! I immediately felt this when I toured the place for the first time and met with Ricardo!

We moved in this month. The move in had a few hiccups, but the nice team in the office and the great maintenance team got everything in tip top shape for us quickly.

I have lived here for about a year and have lived at 2 other "luxury" apartment complexes around Louisville. Century Bellmont is by far the best one my family has lived at. They have had the same staff since I moved in which is always a good sign and it seems like they improve the experience every month. Ricardo is the best leasing agent from the apartment searching and moving in process to the moving out process. I highly recommend him to show you around the complex. They constantly have fun events, contests and food trucks come to the complex for residents to take part in. I have also never had a maintenance request not been fixed either the day of or next day if it is submitted late. The amenities they provide are awesome they provide a clean pool, very nice gym, pet cleaning station, valet trash and a car wash port for residents. If you are looking for a new apartment complex Century Bellmont is the way to go. Thank you!
