        I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property management staff of the Stonewater apartments. Donnie and Sean, the maintenance technicians are very knowledgeable and punctual and very friendly and easy to talk to. The new property manager Miss Christina is a joy, and cares very much for her property and her customers and it shows.

        We had an apartment tour scheduled but when we got there, the leasing office was closed. The hours posted on their office sign also said they were supposed to be open. We called the number and was given the same number we had just called to reach the person we were now talking to. Also, while we were waiting/talking to the person on the phone, we saw people walking around and throwing their trash on the ground. Doesn't seem like a place people care much about based on our first impressions.

        My experience at this property was always a warm and welcoming one. The office stay was always friendly and will to help and answer any questions that I had about leasing. The property it's self seemed very well kept up. My only issue is the roads are very bumpy. I have a friend that lives on property that was pushing me towards looking into this property and talked nothing less the Excellence about the maintenance staff.
