      We're sorry about your experience. We initially had issues getting into contact with you regarding your vehicle as we had no contact information with this vehicle when it was towed in on the 12th at night. It was only after you had called us on the 19th to inquire about the status of your vehicle that we had a line of contact; afterwards we had finished diagnostics on the 19th and we had gathered the costs of all repairs and called you on the 21st, after which you decided you were going to junk the vehicle and you were going to pick the vehicle up. We had contacted you on the 23rd with a notice from the property managers regarding the storage fee notice which we keep publicly posted in the shop.
