        I opened a checking account with this bank because they were highly recommended. I had the account for 2 weeks and had a wire transfer for $500 sent to my account and they took a $20 fee when it was deposited making it $480 deposit, which is fine I understand fees, but 24 hours later I was charged another $20 fee. When questioned about it all I was told was there was a $20 fee, I understand, but why take it when deposited and take it again 24 hours later. I was gonna let it go and give them another chance, but as I was walking out the door they started laughing and when I turned around and said I just want to close my account, the teller had the nerve to ask why. I was just charged twice for a fee that should've only happened once. Bad customer service and besides the money is mine not the banks money. Very unsatisfied and wasn't even offered a Manager to speak to. Rude tellers as they all sat there and gave me dirty looks. Do not recommend this bank at all

        Had a job interview here a long time ago when I was just starting my career and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a bank. The place is dark and gloomy for starters. The tellers who I spoke to weren't even told there was an interview because the actual manager was out on vacation.... I should have left then as the loan specialist that came out knew of the appointment and was rude to both me and the tellers about it. He told me another manager would be coming for the interview but that she was late.... as if I hadn't wasted enough time, this lady was 10 to 20 minutes late lol. When she got there she was extremely inconvenienced by the fact that she had to give me an interview so that was even more of my time wasted. When i ask her if they will let me know if I got the job or not she replied with "You should be lucky you even got an interview" The audacity and rudeness of the people at US bank is astonishing as I ended up closing my account with them a week later at a different branch. I will never bank with these hateful people again.
