        I had a major brake emergency this morning and Charlie took my car in, diagnosed it, and put new rotors and pads on in no time, even with his warehouse system down. The brakes are good quality and he suggested other work that will need to be done in time. It's an older SUV so that is appreciated.  Very nice, reasonable service. Very accommodating and swift and very responsive. A great experience in a market with a lot of not-so-good choices. Charlie is the man. He also waited on me to walk back to pick up my vehicle about 45 minutes after they closed so I could have it the same day. Awesome!
