The service was not that great. 3125 on Broadway is a lot better. Their customer service is always 100. 5 stars.

The staff at most locations are not as knowledgeable as they should be. And too many Of Cricket's employees are less than polite

Apparently they have new reduced hours they no longer stay open till 8 they close at 7 pm. I pull in at 6:40 the doors are locked she sees me I'm knocking on the door I figured cuz she's counting money that you know when she's done she'll come open the door she was talking to somebody and kept on like looking up and like looking down. Did not even signal to me,to say sorry , t we're closed or nothing just kept on talking, and ignoring me and the fact she close 20 minutes early, no customer relations skills, she's obviously just there for a paycheck,
