Ive been trusting them to do my personal taxes for about seven years now and have had no issues. The staff is quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns I have. I have seen the rates go up over the years due to their higher volume, but thats just telling me theyre doing something right to have that many clients. I highly recommend this place

This company is extremely frustrating to work with. I highly recommend you go with someone else to do your taxes. I commissioned them to do my taxes 8 months before they were due. For the past several months, I have provided them countless files, forms and documents that they requested. At first, I provided this information to a woman who I was told would be taking care of me, only to find that a few weeks later the owner seemed to take things over and the woman was no longer involved. Weeks/Months would go by with no updates. Then a few months later, an entirely different person had taken over the taxes. And that person was NOT informed with all the information I had previously provided. I was shocked to find out he emailed me basic questions leading up to the day of the deadline that I had answered months ago! When I requested to talk to him, no one ever called. I again requested a phone call a few days later, but still no one called. No explanation was given for not wanting to talk on the phone. They promised me they would do our taxes by the deadline, but when the day finally came, they told me they couldn't meet the deadline, and that they would file an extension! No explanation was given and no apologies were made. I had previously sent emails requesting updates to make sure everything was going OK....and was assured they would have it done in time. So it was infuriating to find out that the taxes still weren't done on the deadline! Again, they did not tell me why. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone who works there, especially via phone. They often take a few days to respond to email as well. On one occasion I called them only to find that their phone number had been disconnected! When I called the next day no one could give me an explanation, other than they were busy. I highly recommend you go with someone else to do your taxes. It is simply not worth the hassle and frustration!
