This ulta sells old dried out products. When you try to go in to exchange them with your recut in hand, management is rude and argumentative. Doesnt have anymore in stock. Doesnt have any other lashes that are that price. Wants to charge me another $15 after Ive already paid $30 for the product I wanted, and have now made the 30 minute drive to outerloop twice. Now I have to drive all the way to the paddock shops on the east end to get the product I want since they dont want to comp $15 for selling me a dried up unusable product. Will never come to this location again.

Completely rude assuming the manager when asking a question about a product on display when asking what is the product she reread what I asked of the name than when she saw more people come to ask she began to explain a face cream and tried to pretend to care she was on the phone the entire time and even almost bumped me in the store walking and texting on the the phone she only got off the phone when someone else asked her her the same question. Will not shop back ill go online or Amazon
