        My bun and burger was just as cold as the lettuce and the fish was warm over. I asked for 2 for 6 big Bufords and they told me that they don't have that but I came home and seen the commercial

        My husband and I have never been to a Rallys and we decided to try it being that we are working in the area for the next few months WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! I took a bite into my burger and there was a LONG Hair that make from the bite that I took. We both almost puked and threw our food back in the bag..I then look at my drink that is less than full and it looks as if someone had already used the cup for some type of fruit punch type drink. We did not go back because my husband said they 18.00 wasnt worth our time to go back for a refund because he sure wasnt going to get any more food from them. So, if you are in the area and want some food..DO NOT GO HERE! We are so completely disgusted we can not even think about dinner now! Store # 8238

        I waited in line for 15 minutes in the middle of the afternoon for them to just decide to stop taking orders in the middle of operational hours. This is a regular occurrence for this rallys. Possibly the worst fast food service in the city

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
