Extreme long wait at the speaker just to be told that they were out of pretzel sticks. No car directly in front of us either... just one at the window. NO excuses DQ!

Disaster for the past couple months, either the ice cream machine isn't working or they're out of breakfast items. Take notice that this place has fell off drastically from what it once was. Disappointing to say the least for real...

Worst experience ever. Gave my pregnant wife raw chicken and when we called was suppose to be replaced with no problem. Well.... That's didn't happen was denied. Was given a choice no refund and to get chicken again. Why would I do that ? You guys cant cook it right the first time. Then staffed lied played as a gm denied everything. Got a hold of the higher ups. Was suppose to get something for the way we was treated but never got anything. So I will never return to any private owned dq that is own by this owner.

Pulled up to the drive thru right at 8:41. Waited.and waited..and finally got to the menu screen and am told theyre now closed. 100% will never visit this establishment again. Was attempting to get my son a celebratory blizzard for an academic achievement and instead he was able to observe firsthand how a business should not be ran.
