        We checked in 3/30/24. We experienced terrible customer service just about the entire time we were there. Employees were complaining about having to get more plates when we asked for them. The employee said loudly and clearly breakfast was going to end in 30 minutes furthermore the lady at the front desk was also rude when I asked why the pool was closed and when it would reopen. The only reason we stayed at this property was so my kids could swim. Management was not available.
