        Had a great stay as Marriott always supplies

        The rooms are very nice and well equiped. We made several dinners while there and it was nice to have a kitchen. The free breakfast was outstanding and they even had a free reception food and drinks on Wednesday which was a nice surprise. But the best feature of this hotel is the staff! Quite possibly the nicest most friendly staff I have encountered at any hotel ever!

        Double charged my card; once when I got there and a second time the next day at 9:00 pm after I already check out at 10:30am that morning and no one can tell me why. The only answer I can get is wait 3-5 days to see if I get the money back. This absolutely unacceptable.

      Dear Brielle:We showed you stayed one night on a third party stay and you extended by booking directly through the hotel for the second night. Your card was not double charged, it was only an authorization. As we told you on the phone, it takes 3-5 business days for the money to release back to your account. With debit cards, it holds money on your account like money is being charged. Another option is to check in with a credit card and check out with a debit card. I regret that this is what caused you to post a negative review, because you were happy with your stay until this took place.Sincerely,Mark
