The temperature dropped and our furnace would come on and only run for a short time but then turn off. I called Project and they were able to send Derek the technician out quickly. Service and repair work is overpriced by 30 to 40%. Get a second quote. Charged me $2200.00 to replace a 2 speed blower motor. Was told only 1 motor in stock at Trane. Found out later other contractors charged $1500.00. Was wit then since 2007 but have switched. Too much of a cost difference.

Furnace was not cycling. The technician Mark came out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with his mentor James on Wednesday . Yes three days ..I lost track of how many hours. In the end it was fixed, the surprising part.NO CHARGE ..other than for the service run under our maintenance agreement. It seems when their company installed it, initial adjustments were not made to allow it to run efficiently. How often these days does a company and its employees back the work done years ago?? I will definitely recommend this company to others as well as continue service for myself..a company that backs their service and employees is one I can recommend. Thank you guys!
