        I used the big insurance companies for decades, until I found this agency. David was awesome when we were shopping insurance for my new driver grandson. He gave us great advice. When our policies renewed he helped us save money on all our coverages. The support staff, especially Kelly, are awesome. This agency will take care of all your insurance needs. Highly recommend.

        Go elsewhere they just want your money . No customer service and no appreciation for you , the customer . They are a joke ,Don't spend you money here go elsewhere . BAD COMPANY . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED . YOU ARE JUST PISSI#G your money away doing business with this company....

        Tiffany, and the others at Louisville Kentucky Insurance, have always been so responsive and helpful! Prior to our switch to LKI, Tiffany did an excellent job of going through the policies we had at the time, letting me know what she would keep and what she'd remove based on our circumstances. Then to top if off, she was able to get us better coverages for better prices!! Since being with LKI, Tiffany has answered every phone call and given me the answers to all my random questions. Anytime I hear of someone griping about their insurance I am always giving them Tiffany's info. Even if she can't beat their current rates, they have always come back to me and said how helpful Tiffany was in reviewing their current policy and suggesting things they should talk to their existing provider about. I highly recommend Tiffany and Louisville Kentucky Insurance!
