        Was overcharged for 2 months cause they couldn't find that i had proof of insurance before i switched to kentucky. Made 5 phone calls cause no one calls back. So far im overcharged 200 and they are trying to get me for 50 more on top of the original amount but i switched cards. They have been greedy and really unhelpful. Looking forward to moving away

        They don't have 24 hour service they will LIE TO YOU I HAD SOME KEYS LOCKED IN MY CAR 230AM WILL NOT GET HERE UNTIL 7AM MAYBE Do Not take Triple AA It's sad

        Came in for maps, brochures, information, and possible reservations for a well known destination location in our state. Employee seemed unfamiliar with place. Tried to help and gave us tons of literature, unfortunately from all over the state hoping something included information about it. Intentions were well meaning and person was extremely polite. Just not familiar with area we needed information about.
