It's impossible to get an order placed or filled, even when they are open with no line. You can sit at the drive through and they will still just ignore you. Sit at the menu and ask to place your order and if you're lucky someone responds within 5 minutes but often they never do.

Very unprofessional staff. Lady was rude and rolling here eyes from the beginning and it only got worst from there. Tried to add two puppy smoothies and she huffed about that asked for a cup holder ( granted I ordered 3 smoothies and she can clearly see Im the only one in the car) she rolls her eyes and walks away forgetting to close the window and tells her co worker Im being so needy! Excuse me for expecting you to do your job! This is one of the worst locations ever hands down. Always closing early, never blend smoothies properly, always taste different. Avoid this location if you can

Employees like to make their own hours I get that its 20 minutes before you close, but if youre going to close and 8:40, then update your hours to reflect. Then imagine having an autistic kid obsessed with your chocolate kid smoothie and dealing with a melt down because millennial Megan doesnt want to do her job

5210 Dixie highway at 330pm. The employees reaked of weed and made a smoothie so disgusting I couldn't drink it. No way to contact corporate or file a complaint. all numbers just go to voice-mail or leave you on hold music. Updating. Customer service got me in touch with the store manager. Not only is he dealing with the employee situation but invited me to come in so he can apologize personally and make me a new smoothy. Great response!!!

Person at the window was extremely rude when I let them know they did not give me what I asked for. I was overcharged because of a "enhancer" eventhough I told them I didn't want it.
