I was here today 4/3/24 and I was trespass from the laundry mat for propping open the door with the rug by the door like Katie the owners gf told me to do instead of using the trashcan and questioning the authority of the maintenance man who said he was The owner just spent 16.00 and been going for a while every wed and Fri Katie is there I usually do laundry on one of those days and we become familiar with each other talk all the time up there but when she act like what ever the maintenance man said was true I couldn't believe it he's a liar and she wouldn't even listen to my side, and as you see in the past I've said nothing but good things about this business and this is how they treat good loyal patrons and steve we met about 8 months ago and you was with the maintenance man now if you made him co owner i was unaware but what he did and you and allowed was wrong I'm 65 years old and disabled . If he was a decent person he would have offered to hold the door like I did for the elderly woman who left when I did.

Moved nearby 5 months ago, was very happy coming here. The large new washer for 8$ does about a months worth of cloths. The new dryers work well. It was reasonably clean. Lately the place has fallen apart. More and more units going out of service and not getting fixed, and the cleanliness has taken a nose dive. The place is covered is hair balls like tumble weed, the dryers seals are drying out and leaking air, and the tables to fold clean cloths are filthy. I question if the lint traps are getting cleaned. Hoping they can turn around, but will be driving an extra 5 minutes to go to a better place. Really, either clean up daily when you close or when you open, maybe 30 minutes of work, would prevent this. The photos are from 45 minutes after opening. Someone literally unlocked the place, turned the lights on, saw this mess, and thought it was ok. Edit - so apparently the owner has responded and doors and lights are on timers and he/she has no staff. So expect the dryer vents not to be getting cleaned daily as they are suppose to. This is literally a fire hazard and means your cloths take longer to dry. Again, this is 30-60 minutes a day to keep the place clean the owner is not willing to do themselves or hire someone.

Out with the old and in with the new. This place got a major face-lift. The new owners have bought new washers, dryers and cleaned up the place. It's a place the community can use and feel good about. I had a mishap with my plumbing and needed to use the laundry mat. I had not been there in a while and boy was I surprised when I walked in. The new owner came in the night I was there to clean up a bit. This means he is maintaining the place and not just waiting for weeks to go by before emptying dryer lint traps and such. Nice guy as well. Also the door said they closed at 9 which I'm still not sure of the new hours but when my clothes weren't finished by then he didn't tell me to leave. He thanked for for visiting his business and let me finish using the dryers. If you haven't been here in a while or need a new laundry mat give this place a visit. It's nice and I felt safe.
