Hey Samiyra, I’m sorry for your bad experience during your recent visit. Unfortunately, we cannot control when machines break down and we have to wait on parts to arrive to repair them. However, we have a vast amount of other washers and dryers to use. We have almost 30 washers and 30 dryers to choose from. I am also sorry your clothes didn’t dry fast enough for you, based on the picture you uploaded it seems that the dryer is almost 3/4 full. We recommend to fill each dryer up only half way so there is enough room for them to tumble and turn. If you prefer to dry all your clothes in one dryer we have huge 50 lb dryers to use that’ll work best for you. Sundays are always the busiest day of the week so we try to keep the dryer filters clean throughout the day to prevent any issues when our customers go to dry their clothes.
